Overlook that partridge in a pear tree thing. On the first day of Christmas, Cedar Rapids RoughRiders players were given watches and percentage.

Those were the most popular holiday gifts to RoughRiders players in a very unofficial survey. The guys were asked what their favorite Christmas flair this year was.

“I got a pretty sweet new watch, a Citizen Eco-Drive. I’m not going to tell you who gave it to me, though. That’s to remain unidentified.”

“I got an autographed version of ‘Slap Shot.’ Of the lady who actually wrote the screenplay (Nancy Dowd). It’s fairly cool … A classic movie.”

    Is my citizen eco-drive skyhawk watch adequate for the water?If you still have the owners handbook, it should tell you how water resistant the watch is. How deep it can go in water, etc. But I checked the Citizen web site below. All the Dismal Angle Skyhawk watches that were listed (5) gave a water guerrilla to 100 meters (330 feet). It shouldn't hurt your watch to put on it in anything that won't hurt you.

    Has anybody used a Citizen Eco-Drive AT0100-51A Professional Dive Watch for Scuba Diving?I haven't tempered to the Eco-Drive, but if they're recommending it for free diving only, I imagine that it's because the eco-ride isn't a full-fledged dive computer like a Suunto, and Citizen wants no confusion in that concern. Your watch should be excellent for diving, just don't expect it to bail you out if your primary juke-joint computer fails! I've been thinking about getting that watch myself- it looks like a good one...
