    anyone know how to rewire an alarm clock so that it activates a light upon sounding?It should be very temperately, just connect a small light bulb in parallel with the speaker. You may distress to measure the voltage on the speaker when it buzzes and use a bulb with the same voltage rating.
    If you wish, add a switch to enable/disable the speaker as well.
    make sure the light bulb is connected with the valid polarity.

    ---switch---speaker + - speaker----
    |------------------bulb + -----------------|

    LG VS enV2 alarm clock...okay to leave it open all night all the time?it should be pointed, but if you notice it get dimmer...close it. also its good to turn it off so you can receive updates
